Job Summary
Responsible to develop, implement and coordinate community health programs, create and evaluate health and wellness information for its appropriateness to targeted populations. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for medically directed programs and services.
Essential Functions

  • Develops, implements and coordinates clinical educational programs for community groups.

  • Demonstrates competency as a health educator.

  • Coordinates educational programming, collaborating with appropriate individuals.

  • Fosters an environment conducive to learning.

  • Plans and implements educational programs as requested.

  • Produces health promotion and education communications as required.

  • Oversees management of community benefit tracking data base.

  • Develops, coordinates and implements clinical components of health screenings, promotional programs and special events as requested.

  • Maintains client relationships through various documented and agreed upon strategies.

  • Contributes to consistent departmental communication and planning.

  • Demonstrates age-specific skill competency in clinical practice environment.

Physical Requirements
Frequent to moderate lifting, pulling and carrying of up to 50 pounds of weight. Frequent walking, standing, stooping and reaching. Exposure to environmental heat and cold during special events. Frequent movement throughout the hospital campus and to off campus activities.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelors Degree in nursing or other health related field required. Masters Degree in Nursing or health education field preferred. License to practice as Registered Nurse or temporary Registered Nurse petitioner in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience preferred. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
