Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications - Create custom designs and decorations using various techniques and tools - Ensure cakes are completed in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Upsell additional products or services to customers Requirements:
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities - Multilingual abilities, including fluency in Spanish, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base - Experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and understand their cake design preferences - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
